The following is an agreement of understanding and acceptance between Queenie Woods Books and you, our dear guests and regular customers. Please read the following carefully and only tick if you agree to them. Thank you.

1A- This site is of a commercial design to be used as a means to inspire, and for the products and resources of Queenie Woods Books to be sold by Queenie Woods and purchased by you.
1B- These products, be them physical, digital, (or anything in-between for that matter) cannot be re-sold by any other individual/s or organisation/s without the documented, signed, and express permission of Queenie Woods Books.
Please know: that should it come to our attention that any individual/s or organisation/s show such disrespect as the afore-mentioned, the appropriate legal and lawful actions will be taken.

2A- Queenie Woods Books reserves the right to deal with any complaints in a respectful and a timely manner possible.

2B- As you are our guests, customers and ultimately friends it is upon you to remember that a complaint can be heard, valued and learned from if you too choose to communicate with dignity and kindness to self and others, including (but not limited to) the caring people of Queenie Woods Books.

3A- If in the unlikely event/s an order cannot be fulfilled, Queenie Woods Books reserves the right to cancel and/or make alternative arrangements for your order to be fulfilled, if possible, at a later date, and thanks you for your patience should this be necessary.
3B- if a refund is requested for legitimate reasons, Queenie Woods Books is happy to fulfill this, and wishes to learn a new lesson from the experience.

4A- There will/may be time when this site and services have to temporarily experience some down time for such purposes as:
Site maintenance.
Exciting new updates.
New site sections.
Management of Customer expectations.
Fixing any issues etc etc.

4B- If one or more of these reasons deem it necessary for this site's down-time Queenie Woods Books will endeavour to arrange this at a time of night or day which will limit interference for guests of this site and domain.

5A- Queenie Woods Books works with other companies and individuals who provide products, items and services. Such as:

Packaging Companies.
Art material suppliers.
Paper suppliers.
Delivery services.
Digital file providers.
Book Printers etc etc.

5B- Though each endeavour has been, and will continue to be made to ensure high quality services and products Queenie Woods Books does not take any responsibility for any potential liability of other businesses. But should  information pertaining to other relevant businesses be requested for rightful means Queenie Woods Books will consider a request within each one's merit and will further research any laws and codes of conduct relevant (or seemingly relevant) in order to proceed in the most appropriate way according to the guidance sought.

6A- If an update to these Terms and Conditions is needed in the future Queenie Woods Books has the right to do so and inform those who are signed-up for updates so that you may re-assess your agreement.
